The 2009 NFL season is just around the corner, and while the guys are getting ready for pre-season and fighting to make the final roster, the ladies of the NFL have been hard at work all summer long! On The Flipside host Aubrey Aquino knows a little about that, but these days she’s retired her dancing shoes and helping choose which ladies will stand on the NFL sidelines this season. Watch this special Sideline Distraction edition of On The Flipside – making the cut to be a member of the Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders. In this edition we also head off to Kentucky for a few highlights from the red carpet with Star Jones, Will Demps and Gabrielle Union at the Derby’s Grand Gala, before we hit the desert southwest for a trip to “The Lodge,” where NFL star Jared Allen shows us how to “Git Er Done!” Then, you’ll meet our latest Sideline Distraction…Amy…a San Francisco 49er’s Gold Rush member who tells us all about her life On The Flipside. Plus, we hit the sand for some beach volleyball with a few AVP stars who always sport their good luck charms!

We’re hanging out in Miami Beach, behind the scenes on Flo Rida’s Sugar music video set, for  the 5th installment of On The Flipside.
