Aubrey Aquino is in the Live Music Capital of the World, Austin, TX, for the latest edition of On The Flipside. On this show, we’ve got highlights from the inaugural World Basketball Festival in New York City. From Jay-Z‘s kick off performance at Radio City Music Hall to the NBA‘s LeBron James hanging out with kids in Harlem, we also hear from USA Basketball’s Kevin Durant, Jerry Colangelo, Mike Krzyzewski, and go international, speaking in their native tongue, with France’s Boris Diaw, China’s Yi Jianlian, Puerto Rico’s Carlos Arroyo and Brazil’s Anderson Varejao. And, we head over to EA Sports for LA Lakers Matt Barnes‘ annual basketball camp, where he’s posting up with happy campers!

For the latest edition of On The Flipside, host Aubrey Aquino is hanging out in Southern California at the Santa Monica Pier. The first stop on this show is the red carpet for The Summer Goove hosted by Alonzo Mourning and Dwyane Wade. Catch all the highlights for the annual Comedy Jam at the Seminole Hard Rock‘s, Hard Rock Live! Hear from Zo and Wade, as well as the show’s comedians like Rodney Perry, Rickey Smiley, Gary Owen, Melanie Comarcho, George Willborn and Red Grant. Episode 23 is coming to you from the Miami Beach Marina where host Aubrey Aquino gets the show started with a deep sea fishing excursion with the Miami Dolphins. It’s the annual “Fins Weekend” event and On The Flipside is setting sail with a group of Rookie Dolphins who are all hoping to catch the biggest fish! Stay tuned to see how Roberto Wallace, Reshad Jones, Marlon Moore and Jonathan Amaya … go fishin’. Then from the open water to the racetrack, racing star Danica Patrick sits down to test drive the new video game “Blur.” She’s gone all digital and now gamers can take on Danica in a race to the finish line.

Plus, we head to San Diego for a beach photo shoot with Sweethearts for Soldiers. These former Sideline Distractions of the NFL and NBA with a military mission, give us a sneak peek behind the scenes as they shoot photos for their annual calendar! Finally we head to Martorano’s at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino where NFL All-Pro Jason Taylor is hosting his annual charity dinner for the Jason Taylor Celebrity Golf Classic. From the red carpet to the food, Jason Taylor is joined by O.J. McDuffie, Greg Camarillo, Jonathan Ogden, Vernon Carey, Lousaka Polite, Chris Kirkpatrick and more for an evening of charity. After a couple months off, On The Flipside is back with a new episode, just in time for the 2010 NBA Conference Finals! On this edition, Aubrey Aquino hosts from the heart of the Big Apple in Central Park. And — to start things off “Just Wright” we hear from a few of the NBA’s and the movie’s stars along, with the leading player, Chicago rapper Common, about their new movie. Watch as Dwyane Wade, Dwight Howard, Rashard Lewis, Jalen Rose and ESPN‘s Stuart Scott share their thoughts from behind the scenes and talk about getting the basketball authenticity “Just Wright!” Then we check in with the Orlando Magic‘s Matt Barnes at The Athlete’s Foot where he ties his “Athlete’s vs. Cancer” foundation and his Elusion Clothing line into a fan meet and greet!

Plus we hang out with Aaron Maybin of the Buffalo Bills as he strikes a pose for the camera and talks about his stylish ways. Hear what he has to say about being fashion forward… And in our Sideline Distraction, we hear from Alumni NFL cheerleader Tamae Ishii of Ishii NYC. Find out what she’s doing these days, after hanging up her boots and poms with the Oakland Raiderettes. It’s all going down On The Flipside!

On The Flipside is back with another episode, this time in Bloomington on the campus of Indiana University, where host Aubrey Aquino spoke to college students at the MAFA conference! On this show we start off with a look at NFL Tight End Daniel Wilcox‘ Platinum, Ford F-150, which he affectionately calls “Black Beauty.” Then we visit with actress, comedienne and former Oakland Raiderette Anjelah Johnson on the set of her new movie “Our Family Wedding.” She speaks about her relationship with her on-screen sister America Ferrera and the rest of the star-studded cast which includes Forest Whitaker, Carlos Mencia, Regina King and Lance Gross.

Plus in this edition’s Sideline Distraction, we watch as the 2010 NFL Pro Bowl Cheerleaders spring into action at a beach-side “Battle of the Beauties.” See the ladies of the AFC go head to head with their NFC counterparts in beach volleyball, tug o’ war and flag football…they squeeze in some of their famous dance moves too! Finally we finish with a trip to the Improv at the Seminole Hard Rock, where the Miami Dolphins Jason Taylor a night of comedy, starring Ralphie May, to benefit the Jason Taylor Foundation. On The Flipside is in Dallas for NBA All Star weekend and American Airlines Center in downtown Dallas is this show’s backdrop, where host Aubrey Aquino braves the cold to bring you episode 20! First on the rundown is a behind the scenes look at Dwyane Wade and Jordan Brand’s commercial for Nightmares Never Sleep featuring the new Air Jordan 2010. DWade debuted the kicks during All Star weekend and we have exclusive interviews and footage from the making of the shoe’s commercial starring the Miami HEAT All-Star guard. On The Flipside hear him talk about making the TV spot and learn about the Director’s “nightmare” vision! And speaking of commercials, Los Angeles Lakers star Lamar Odom is taking off to the moon for his Power Bar Energy Blasts feature. We’ve got more behind the scenes action as he gets ready to take off from the hardwood and he also talks about his addiction to candy!

Then it’s Zo’s King Pin Classic at Lucky Strike in Miami Beach. On The Flipside goes bowling to bring you interviews and from Alonzo and Tracy Mourning, as well as his NFL guests from the Baltimore Ravens, Willis McGahee and Ray Rice…and DJ Irie also makes an appearance. The annual event benefits Alonzo Mourning Charities and the Honey Shine Foundation. And rounding out this show we head to Minneapolis to check out Minnesota Timberwolves dancer Heather. She’s a rookie to the team, but a veteran dancer in the NBA!

Happy Anniversary! This Super Bowl Miami edition marks the 1 year birthday for On The Flipside! South Florida was the place to be for NFL Super Bowl XLIV and this show starts off with a round up of red carpet highlights from some of the weekend’s hottest party spots! From “Rock the Game” at the Seminole Hard Rock to a private soiree for “Big Give Big Game,” On The Flipside talks to Playboy Bunny Kendra Wilkinson, sports agent Drew Rosenhaus, Baltimore Ravens Willis McGahee, Jermaine Dupri, Michael Bay, Russell Simmons, Amaury Nolasco, Gossip Girl Jessica Szohr, and NFL Legends from the San Francisco 49ers – Jerry Rice and Steve Young. Then we tap into the arts with a visit to Avant Gallery in Miami’s Design District for “The Art of Football” installation by NFL Films President Steve Sabol, where we run into Cincinnati Bengals Linebacker Dhani Jones.

And — it’s ALWAYS SEXY in South Florida, so what would a Super Bowl be with out a pool party. Check out the sights and sounds from the Red Bull Super Pool Party with performances by Rick Ross, DJ Khaled and the b-boys of Super Crew. California Girls

It’s a special Sideline Distraction show to kick off 2010 On The Flipside! This exclusive edition features a pair of California women cheering on the sidelines of the AFC West. Host Aubrey Aquino anchors this episode from the Berkeley Marina in Northern California, where we begin with a segment on Oakland Raiderette Emily. Emily is a veteran Raiderette and line captain who upholds the law on her flipside! When she’s not donning the silver and black to cheer on the Raider Nation, she’s in court working as a criminal law attorney, and most people would never guess she can also be found cruising around the Bay Area in her very own Ford Mustang Mach 1.

After that we head south to San Diego to meet San Diego Charger Girl Marlina. Marlina represented the San Diego Chargers at the 2009 Pro Bowl in Hawaii and has also been leading her line on the field this season. On The Flipside, she is a successful businesswoman, founding and running her own “green” cleaning company. Fans may also be surprised to learn that she grew up on a farm, so she has a passion for animal rights and looks forward to one day starting her own animal rescue foundation.

Lake Merritt – Oakland

For the final episode of 2009, On The Flipside host Aubrey Aquino is in Oakland at Lake Merritt. First up, is a special feature on actress and comedienne Anjelah Johnson. She’s a Bay Area native and former Oakland Raiderette who’s got rising celeb status in Hollywood! Anjelah’s popular comedy sketches for Bon Qui Qui and the Nail Salon have gained her worldwide attention, plus she has a 1-hour Comedy Central special on the way. On The Flipside she talks about her experience cheering on the Raider Nation! Then it’s time for The Jason Taylor Foundation’s annual Ping Pong Smash. Every year the Miami Dolphins defensive end hosts the table tennis tournament with his celeb pals and teammates, like Joey Porter, Channing Crowder, DJ Irie and more, to benefit children in the South Florida community.

Plus, we head down to the American Airlines Arena where the Miami HEAT dancers stop traffic to unveil their brand new dancers poster and magazine! And finally, we take a look back at the first year for On The Flipside with a video montage of some of the shows most memorable moments to date! Check out the all-star roster of stars, events and features in 2009.

Las Olas Riverfront

Host Aubrey Aquino keeps things rolling On The Flipside with episode 17 from the Las Olas Riverfront in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Miami HEAT All-Star Dwyane Wade kicks off the show as he makes a special guest appearance at Miami Norland Senior High School. The Jordan Brand selected that school and those students because of their participation in Jordan Fundamentals, and On The Flipside has the highlights when DWade hosted their all-school pep rally. Then we head to the Big Apple to grab a bite with New York Giants Wide Receiver Steve Smith. He lets us into his home and dishes about the “Fresh Diet.”

After that, we meet up with New York Jets Receiver David Clowney at CAVI NYC’s headquarters where we talk tattoos! He shows us some of his body art and tells us about the meaning behind them. Finally, we land on the West Coast for this edition’s Sideline Distraction, Oakland Raiderette Jennie, who is a first year member cheering on the Silver and Black of the Raider Nation as one of Football’s Fabulous Females.
